| I would like to thank Mpho Khumalo in the Complaints Resolutions Centre as well as Duduzile Zulu in the Deceased Estates Department for all of their help and feedback. It is much appreciated at last if found people that is willing to help until the end. They have realIy given me a lot of feedback and all of the contacts numbers to each and every one that i have to contact and to be able to close the door on this unfortunate event that happened to me.
