Finally, an efficient person

On my fourth time calling Standard Bank call centre, after having been passed around or hung up on repeatedly, Shireen cancelled my cheque card, which i have not utilised for 5 years. The only reason i did not cancel my Standard Bank accounts today is because of her efficiency. Hopefully when i next go to Standard Bank for the umpteenth time to update my residential details and my local branch, someone as efficient as Shireen could finally update my details correctly.
