I went standard bank just the other day during my lunch break and there were only 2 consultants available. I waited for about 45minutes to get assisstance, i stood up and walked to a lady by the name of Julia and explained to her that i've been waiiting for over 45minutes to get assistance and although you consult with her only through an appointment she gladly offered to assist me and had to put everything on hold just for me and i must say i felt really important and valued. Standard bank needs people like her because she's honestly an asset to Standardbank and she always goes an extra mile. She went an extra mile and organised a financial advisor by the name of Nhlanhla, who 'i'll be meeting sometime nextweek. Julia this is the best service i've ever received from Starndard bank from you in my entire life of banking with you guys. There was a time i was a bit scaptical about Standard bank but YOU turned everything around and i'll be doing all my finances through Standard bank going forward. I WANT TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY AND THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART,KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE JULIA AND RUB IT OFF TO YOUR FELLOW COLLEAGUES. |
