Crystal Brown goes the extra mile

I was very upset and stressed that Standard Bank had not processed my daughter's student loan in the time frame promised leaving me very stressed and distracted at work. Crystal Brown took the issue, escalated it and although couldn't get resolution in time for the deadline made an alternative plan in the interim until the loan is processes. I went into the branch and she took ownership of everything including making the payment to the college. Outstanding customer service which is not easy when a client is already unhappy. Its people like this that make a difference and I hope Standard Bank realise what an asset they have
