To Whom it may concern

I just want to take this opportunity to Thank Heather Wiggins from the Call Centre in Johannesburg that gave me excellent service.
She was extremely sufficient and actually did more than 3 security checks at first i was extremely sceptical because i never knew you suppose to do so many.

She also went the extra mile in giving me details that i was suppose to get via sms.

Heather is a great necessity to your company and really made me see Standard bank in a different light.

Please afford Heather the courtesy, she made my day and THAT WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST
