| Patricia Hama answers our complain and it just ends there,no one bothers to contact us. i mean i have logged a complain ages ago but till today no one has contacted me or even emailed me. this is really redicules. so now it makes sense why their call centre doesn't bother answering their phone as it mean it goes around the whole std bank. i think i wiill need t9o move my bond somewhere else, where we can get assistance | |||
