| HEADLINE | Stannic , still unresponsive with a new excuse |

| After reporting the bad service from Stannic ( Standard bank) Regarding them not handing over the papers for a vehicle( 2 weeks after the amount was settled) , I did not receive any response from them , until I made a call to the complaints dep and spoke to Muniera Khan, who said she was looking into the matter , which was followed by a call from the legal dept from Linda Van Cittert , who subsequently suggested that they (Standard bank )can not find the registration papers for the vehicle!..... Let me repeat that : they cannot find the registration papers for the vehicle!. Her solution was to reprint the papers through an agent !,which of course ( according to her ) "could take a while ". I have never witnessed such incompetence from a organisation before. I bought a motorbike from a person , I paid the money he owed to Stannic , ( more than 2 weeks ago ),I can not register the vehicle in my name because Standard bank can not find the papers !, ....and the latest after I made another call to Muniera Khan is that they have now found the papers!, oh my what a miracle !....but the bottom line is : That I have paid Stannic in Full , and they have not handed over the papers the bike | |||
