i sent a querry with REF: 24374530, then William replied "We refer to the recent complaint brought to our attention with regards to the Credit Bureau profile. Kindly be advised that the Bank has not listed the account to be in arrears on the credit bureaus. However we have noted that for some months the payment profile was not updated. We have therefore sent a request the Credit Bureaus to have these months updated accordingly. This will be successfully done within the next 5 working days. We hope you find the above in order. Regards |William Matlanato | Service Recovery Consultant| and this was Jan 26 2012 now i just pulled out the same profile and as you may have expected with the bank's stinking service, indeed some months were fixed (Dec 2010, Jan 2011, April 2011) except for July 2011, i dont know what they waiting for to fix the July 2011, Christmas maybe or perhaps valentines, and nna in the meantime i'm still battling to secure a homeloan because of this, are you maybe waiting for ***** to come before yu fix this mess, and what do i do in the interim?? can someone talk to me, i am listening |
