Non-delivery of credit card

Standard Bank, you smsed me to tell me that my credit card was due to expire, and asked for the name of the branch that is most convenient for me to collect my new one at. I said Century City. Then you smsed 2 days later to apologise for an error with the previous sms, and to ask again for the branch of my choice. Again I said Century City. When I went to collect it today, I was told it's at Thibault Square!!! Then the person told me it's up to me to ask them to send it to me at Century City!! WHY the F do you ask me WHERE I want my card sent to if you're going to ignore me?? I have asked to cancel my credit card account with you. Unless you've resolved this by tomorrow and arranged for my card to be sent to me at Century City, I want the account closed.
