NO RESPONSE

After numerous attempts to get you guys to respond to my problem I have yet to hear back from anyone at Standard Bank! Your customer service is in a word PATHETIC! Below is a discription of my problem explained to your call center and posted on your facebook page over 24 hours ago, Im yet to hear anything, I expect this problem to be sorted out without hassel by 2pm South African time today or Standard Bank will be sorry the day you ever took me on as a paying client!
I woke up yesterday morning to find my accounts frozen because of FICA; funny thing is I have "FECA'ed" these accounts on two previous occasions!! When phoning your customer care line I was told to go in branch, bit of a problem because I'm on holiday in England! I'm told there is nothing that can be done
