I have an amount of R130 that I complained to Standard Bank about that its being deducted from my Credit Card Budget account. They could not explain it. Standard bank last called me in May 2011 about this, promising to sort it out. TO DATE I AM STILL PAYING THAT AMOUNT AND STANDARD BANK HAS NOT BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME. The money is apparently for something bought at HomeMark but I have NOT bought anything from there on Credit. They wanted to shove some products down my throat but I returned them, and the money couldn't have been for this because they returned (albeit short) my money for this particular transaction. Besides, the amount differs from this one I am paying now. I am very tempted to contact the Consumer Protector because it is now almost two years! Homemark is saying this and Standard Bank that, but nobody is taking responsibility and in the meantime I must continue paying for absolute nothing?? This is grossly unfair |
