HEADLINE	Incorrect trading hours on website
I went online to check trading hours of Standard Bank as i needed to do some banking however since i work would not be able to go in during the day. I was pleased to see that the Jabulani Mall branch trades from 7am to 7pm.To my suprise when i arrived at 6pm the doors were closed. I was advised by the security that i was "4 hours late ". the odd thing was that inside the branch there is a poster indicating that trading hours are 7-7? I am rather appauled by this as this for me was a waste of time and petrol as Jabulani Mall is NOT a stone throw away! Add a new Standard Bank Report Inappropriate report?

Hello molemo2007, Thank you for your posting. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and can assure that the branch is open from 7am-7pm however there is only certain transactions done after hours as discussed.
