How long must one hold to speak to a consultant

I am trying to find out how much money is due on my loan account that was handed over so that I can settle the full amount, After calling the call centre number 0861 001 868 i have been holding for 20 minutes with the same "your call will be attended to as soon as a consultant becomes available" How long does Standard bank expect you to hold on
