Feeling humiliated


It quite amusing that whenever i call the bank to request a limit increase i must feel humiliated first before its done. I have had my facilities with you guys for years and have never defaulted on anything i have applied for with you (you will see on my payment profile) I call to increase my garage card limit by R1000 and your agent Freedom has the audacity to tell me its declined sue to affordability? plz use other excuses when you want to humiliate me because we all know affordability isnt the reason. if you do not want to treat ppl on passport with respect then just stop offering them cards. Its already bad enough that i have a product called "revolving credit" that i cannot revolve but but have to pay for every month.
I find this really laughable....Learn how to treat your customer based on their personal banking needs as you claim in your TV ads. You know fully well that increasing my card by R1000 will not even have an impact on the bulk of money i pay you guys every months. Am really disgusted and wish i could do away with banks..
