| HEADLINE | Easysell property not so easy!! |

| We put in an offer to purchase an easysell property which was accepted by the seller and the bank. We used our own originator and after much struggle we got approved for finance by Standard Bank. An hour later I get a call from the agent saying that Standard Bank will not not accept their own finance as we used our own bond originator and not the banks. At no point were we informed in the 3 weeks since first offering for the property that we could not use our own originator. The first myself or the agent has heard about it was AFTER Standard bank approved the finance for the Easysell property. So now they are asking that our bond originator withdraw his accepted application and the bank has to apply to themselves for the finance which gets us the same finance in the end. I dont really have anything to say other than w.t.f?? So now we might lose the property if we withdraw the current offer even tho we have been approved finance??? | |||
