CAN WE GET THIS SORTED ONCE AND FOR ALL?

Collected my new UPGRADED card this morning & asked if ALL my acc'nts will be linked for Internet Banking, was told All i needed to do was RESET. had some trouble so I called IB SUPPORT, was told NO have to re-register, AGAIN I asked if all my acounts will be linked, was told YES. NOTHING WAS LINKED, called Head office was told to click on SECURE Message and send a request so that I need NOT go into the bank again - NOTHING Happened as I was unable to CHOOSE an account.
Please can I get all my accounts linked to my credit card as in TODAY
I am close to a break down thanks to Standard bank & have been told that should this happen, I am more than welcome to take the matter further and sue for Stress & Trauma Councling as this is what is happenng and I STILL need to pay for things for my wedding.

Indifferent: Still not 100% happy as My Beneficiaries  were not carried over from the E-Plan to the Elite account.
Its coming up to month end and I need ro pay a few people....
Maybe and HOPEFULLy you can get this sorted out by tomorrow the 24th - I have sent a secure message to my bank - Lets see what happens...  Other than that, at least I will say the staff are always willing to help.
