Broken ATM costs me!

My card was retained by an ATM in Norwood tue to technical reasons.
Now I have to go to the bank, stand in the queue, pay for the new card and most importantly, have to LEARN A NEW INTERNET NUMBER!!!

All because a standard bank ATM was malfunctioning.

That is not good service.
