Bad Customer Service

I used to like standard, not any more. I do not expect a reply from you but I want to make you aware that when I walk into the bank, I don't have to feel like a criminal. I have a pure save account which had reached its monthly withdrawal limit so I went to the branch to withdraw some cash I had in the account. Ms Tshifiwa did her job and checked to see if I was who I was and then proceeded to make comments about how she called the cops on me because my signature doesn't look the same any more? To a normal person that's a threat, *** was that all about? She even made me sign twice (so I can try and sign like 4 years ago when i opened an account?)
And to ask me what happened to my ID is also irrelevant, ID's get lost and replaced, she should just deal with the fact that i have a new ID and its not the same as the one in the system. The ID I have is proof enough that it is me at the bank accessing what's in my account. She should know what a real ID looks like. Your service *****, I don't think Ill ever be free to walk into such a branch ever. I'll come back maybe if you can improve.
