Absolute poor service

We applied for a switch bond from absa. The application was done online and after a few days we received a phone call from a lady, whos name I cant recall. stating that the application has been declined due to a judgement on ITC. When i asked more about this she stated that there is nothing that we can do and that we should just accept the decline. The very next day we receive a call from standdard asking about the service and once we explained that the Judgment as a matter of fact has been settled in full, in amasement she then asked why we did not send this documentation trough...I decided not to leive this as the NCA clearly states that if a judgement is paid in full, a bank caant hold this against you. I then contacted the call center yesterday and asked where to fax my proof to and they advised that this will not help.?? I am most surtain that thye banking ombut would agree with me on this case. I need someone to call me very urgently in this regard!!!

Utterly Disgusted: instead of solving the problem, you only gave excuses that didnt make sense!!!
