| Trying to get someone in the Debt Legal area of Standard Bank to do ANYTHING is a mission! I have managed to settle all my debt with them, and closed my accounts as well, BUT to get a letter from them confirming this, has been a complete nightmare. I am so sick of emailing them and begging for a letter. When I paid up and closed my garage card, it took less than a week for them to send me a letter confirming that it had been sorted. I would not have put this complaint on line, if they at least had the decency of responding to at least one of my or the consultant from Standard Bank, Killarney's many e-mails who has also been trying desperately to get the letter on my behalf! What will it take to get someone to come back to me, and give me the letter? I am so glad that I closed my Standard Bank Account. ALL I WANT IS A LETTER CONFIRMING THAT MY ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN CLOSED! | |||
