Student Loan

I recently applied for an increase in my student loan. When i send in all the necessary details to the bank a lady tells me that i don't qualify for the loan without even processing my application. I have taken out a loan last year and my paying records have been up to date. My concern is why she didn't even process my application

Quite Impressed: Am quiet impress with standard bank taking action towards my complain.  It shows that they do actually keep their word
