| Im a regular visitor at the contstantia kloof head office and I always catch a meal at the Standard Bank canteen. I would like to enlighted the management there of the bad attitude and the staff morale that is taking place at the canteen that is managed by a lady called Granny Nawa. It is not a good thing to shout and scream at your employees right in front of customers and this is very negative not only for the canteen itself but for the whole Standard Bank branch. The manager seems to not care at all about the wellbeing of the employees and this seriously has a negative impact on the perception because it makes one think that the food that is prepared there is not up to the high standards since the morale and the attitude stinks to the core! My 2 cents of advice? The management of the canteen needs to be relooked at. | |||
