| I Applied online for a Credit Card online and was amazed to see that i received a call from theri call centre within 2 hours - wow, great service - so i thought! Unfortunatley i was not able to talk at that present time and requested the consultant to please phone me FIRST thing on Monday morning to complete my "pre approved" application and send though the necessary documentation. ....hhhmmmmmm NO CALL! I called the number provided on the credit card call centre, that person was not able to assist, so i was transferred to another incorecct department, and then again for the third time and was CUT OFF! So i called "new business" and guess what - they were not able to assist me either. Guess STD Bank have enough unhappy customers to deal with and do not require my business. Good Bye! | |||
