| I have settled my motor vehicle with you in November 2011. None of the ITC companies, Experian or Transunion have any knowledge of this. I have phoned since the 28/11/2011, received numerous paid up letters, but yet I still remain indebted to your company for a R102000 with a monthly payment of R3601. The ITC companies have not been updated on my profile since December 2010. This is causing me serious frustrations and have even logged a complaint with the Ombudsman to sort out. Please could somebody get this right for a change and not within 21 days or the latest 3 day promise. NOW!!!! | |||

| Over the Moon: I definitely tried to avoid using the most brutal method to get my query resolved, but unfortunately it was my only option available. After being contacted by Mpho Khumalo, the query was sorted out within three days. This is the kind of service one expects of a huge corporation.
