| My wife has recently had a ********** transaction on her debit card so I thought its time to have my business & personal debit card upgraded to these new type of cards. I went into the Eastgate branch of Standard bank to order a new chip card. To my surprise I was advised by the gentleman at enquiries that he does not wish to convert my cards as they are having too many problems with customer complaints on these new chip cards as they do not scan at vendors? So now what do I do to protect my business & personal cards from being used ************ when this bank has introduced new cards that apparently do not work? | |||
