****** messd up my debit order

I received a limit increase from you guys recently and now all of a sudden my debit order has been amended to take off the full due amount

i recently had a debit order loaded for a fixed 1000.00 pm
this is bull i need this rectified today

oh your call centre service does not work
it rejects my exp date each time i call so now i can never get tru to you
