| I have been a loyal customer of Standard Bank for more than 10 years, but in the last year I noticed a considrable drop in the service received from them. I recently started expierincing problems with withdrawing money from any ATM. It just tells me that the service has been cancelled and that I need to visit my nearest branch. When I got to the branch, they suggested that I need to renew my card. This I did and paid for the replacement, but the problem presisted. They reprogrammed the card at a different branch with no effect. Please understand me correctly, it does not give me the same error every time I withdraw from an ATM. Sometimes I'm lucky and can withdraw at will. I also don't have any problems paying with my card at the normal speedpoints. Why do I need to pay for the replacement of a card if this is still not corrected? Is this network issue and can be resolved? Do I need to move to a different bank to get better service? | |||
