Branch Manager and Wills Dept don't return calls

Good day,

I would like to say that the branch manager and wills department at Std Bank in Sandridge have not returned any of my calls. I have been trying to get hold of them since Tuesday at 8.00am.
If the tellers and teller team leaders give me such excellent service when I visit the bank, I would like to know why the branch manager displays this attitude. All I want is to update my WILL! Can someone please assist!
