32 days notice account 3months later no money!

I have a 32days notice deposit account with standard bank, so in November I went the give notice on my account and I was supposed to receive it in December, 32days later there was no money in my account I went back to standard bank and lodged my complaint and they said the only thing I could do was give notice again and I'll get the money on the 18th of Jan 2012 its the 21st today and there's still no money in my account, now this morning went back again and they told me part of my money is due on the 9th and the other amount on the 19th now can someone please explain to me when exactly did a 32days account turn into a 3months notice account I am angry and I seriously want that money to be deposited into my cheque account asap I put in notice on time because I knew I had plans for my money now I have had to rely on my overdraft to sustain me this month which is ridiculous because I saved up for January purposes and now standard bank is giving me the run around with MY money!!! I want that notice account closed and I want all my money to be refunded now so I can pay back my overdraft, and have no worries of unnecesary debt when I have to get paid, I want my money now!!!

Over the Moon: My query was sorted out very quickly I thank standard bank for being so efficient and it remains my bank of choice.
