My family and I went to our favourite Spur yesterday. Spur Natchez (near the 14 Ave turnoff). I ordered the Eisbein with veggies. Well, when I received my order the meat was very crispy, to a poimt that I did not enjoy the biys that I has started eating.

I called our waiter Kaya, and complained to him. He took it away with a smile. The Manager, Alice then returned to ask if I wanted to chnage my order or if she should just replace me meal. I asked for another eisbein.

A few minutes later, she served me a nice meal, the meat soft and juicy. Just the way I like it. To Alice and Kaya, thank you for making my Sunday lunch and enjoyable one.
