| On the 24/12/2011 we had dinner at Spur Jabulani Mall,we had the worst waiter ever (ZET),he had not personal skills,he was not confident and all he did was kept us waiting,our food was not right,he never came to check on us,he did'nt open our drinks.So as we left we copmlained to one of the staff who called the manager (Siya),who realy handled the situation well,he solved the problem and he made sure we left happy customers.Its rare to find a manager who will make sure you leave the resturant happy.So to Siya im realy proud of the standrds that you uphold and ensuring that your customers leave happy all the time,i realy appreciated you service and how you handled our complaint. | |||
