I went last week with my family to the Spur at Woodlands Boulevard. It really is an excellently run Spur. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was delivered quickly and was great. We ordered the breakfast special as we usually do. We have been to this Spur now on a number of occasions and have never had a problem. What a contrast to the Spur at Atterbury Valuemart. We had the same breakfast during the Dec holidays. The service was very slow. We had all finished our drinks long before the breakfast arrived (45 min). Then the food was cold, and the eggs not done as requested. We asked whether we should not get extra drinks because service was so slow, the manager on duty said he cannot do anything, but we wrote in the book for the main manager to call us. WE ARE STILL WAITING. |

Hello candohp, We are so pleased that Thunder Valley Spur provided you with a wonderful breakfast experience! However, we are concerned to read of you unsatisfactory visit to the Golden Eagle Spur. Please allow us to address your concerns with the owner/operator of this particular Spur as this is definitely not the Spur norm. We understand that from time to time (depending on circumstance) service might be slow or meals might be incorrectly delivered but it is unacceptable that no one from that Spur has been in touch with you to apologise and address your concerns.
