I visit Bloemfontein on business around 4-5 times a year, In October 2011, I had a bad experience at the above mentioned spur. On my return to Johannesburg, one of the Windmill Casino Spur Manager, Heindrick, gave me a call and appologized on the poor service and mentioned that the next time I am in Bloemfontein to pop by for a complimentary meal. Today, almost 4months later, I am sitting at the Spur in Windmill Casino taking Heindrick up on that offer. Heindrick is an asset to the Spur Franchise and I would like to thank him for going the extra mile and keeping in promise. Thank you. |
