We would like to share it with you. Our daughter was in ICU at the Flora Clinic, Roodepoort and we were there from 5am on Sunday the 5th of Feb 2012. At about 07h30am we wanted to go for coffee at the Natchez Spur and when we got there, we were told that they only open at 9am. We asked if we can please just use the bathroom and explained our situation to them. They let us in and when we came out, the manager told us that we can wait inside and that they will organize us some coffee. We had two cups each and when they opened at 9am, we ordered some breakfast. In the meantime the other managers also came around to check on us and to lift our spirits a bit. When we returned for lunch everyone came asking about our daughter's progress. That was really impressive. We were really touched by the excellent service that we received and feel that all the staff at Natchez Spur really went the extra mile to make our visit to them very special and we can dearly recommend them as a super dining venue. An extra word of appreciation to Zinhle, Alice and Norman. Also to the owner of Natchez Spur for putting together such a lovely bunch of stars. |
