| HEADLINE | Small Burger Roll? |

| Went to Spur a while ago, complained on Spur website that the burger roll was small. Head office and owner promptly contacted me. Owner says the rolls are up to standard and compare with other restaurant chains' burger roll sizes. Sad that Spur does not offer value for money adult's burger as they choose to use a kiddies size burger roll for their adult burgers and the price difference between the kiddies and adult burger isn't warranted. The reason I am writing this now is because I returned to the Spur last night and before ordering I requested to see a burger roll and was disappointed to see that they had not made a mistake in giving me a small roll on the occasion which I complained about originally, but this is in fact a Spur standard. If Spur is to compare themselves to other chains, surely they would want to be better than them and not try to mach them? | |||

Hello MmSs, Thank you for sharing your burger roll experience with us. We are concerned to read of your frustration and assure you that this will be addressed with our Procurement Department for them to investigate further. The burger roll is the standard size for both the adult and kids burgers however the burger patty itself differs in weight and the meals come with different items hence the difference in price. All our kids meals are also subsidized which we believe financially helps parents to spoil their kids by taking them for a meal at the local Spur. We hear what you say and will investigate.
