| I took my family for breakfast at the spur in Grandwest Casino. We arrived at 10:25 in the spur and five minutes later placed our order for breakfast. After waiting more than a half an hour for our meals to be served we called our waiter. She said it was on its way. We then waited another 35 minutes for a meal to be served. While sitting and waiting for our meal we noticed that people that came in after us and ordered meals where being served long before us. We queried this with the manager and he was quite blunt in saying that this could not be true. We received our breakfast at only 11:30. We told the manager that this was unacceptable waiting an hour for breakfast. He was not interested in what we had to say and said that it was not his problem. We then got up paid for our meal and just left. It was very pathetic service. | |||
