On my daughter's 8th birthday, we went to the Spur in Woodlands, on settling the account, I requested that the Birthday voucher be deducted of my bill. The waiter informed me that the voucher had already been redeemed. On closer inspection, it was found that Eagle Canyon Spur in Amanzimtoti (KZN) , Shop S 01, Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti already redeemed the voucher on 12 December 2011. We were on holiday then and visited the said Spur. However, the cards were only swiped for points and I can't remember requesting that the vouched be redeemed. We saved it for the birthday (16 Jan). Is it possible that the voucher was redeemed without my approval or request???? A.J. Mouton |

Hello Dries Mouton, The Secret Tribe cards do not accumulate points anymore so we can only assume that by producing the card it lead them to believe you wanted the vouchers redeemed which would mean that your meal should have been discounted by R45 on the 12 December 2011. We are going to give you a call to obtain your daughter's Secret Tribe card number so that we can properly investigate and give you constructive feedback. | Quite Impressed: Spur responded quite well and I was impressed with the friendliness with which the situation was handled. Thank you for your response in this regard. I received a call from Head Office, as well as from Eagle Canyon Spur and the matter was resolved within minutes. | |||
