THE INCIDENT

We arrived and they made a point of not assisting us, we had to re-wrap our bicycles after we had already bubble wrapped them, I didnt have me credit card so they said I would be re-funded for the first ticket and now they tell me there is a penalty attached for a refund after I have purchsed a new ticket from them. One of our bicycles didnt arrive at destination and most of our luggage because of the poor services we have received from this abismal company. There staff are unehlpfull and policies are non customer centric. I have held on the line to the call centre for over 40 minutes trying to speak to someone and have been cut off 2 minutes into the conversation with someone. SAA is pure rubbish and they were the only misery of my holiday. Where ever possible I will go the extra effort to fly with another company. 120 words is not enough to desribe the incompetence of their staff and ability. The ground staff are complete shockers and it is sad as the crews on the flights have to do alot to rectify the endless blunders and lack of ability from the ground staff.
