On Thursday the 08, May, I was travelling from JHB to Cape Town, checked in an hour before my flight -(was upgraded to business class - no explanation), which was planned to board at 15:40, SA349, when i boarded, i was called back to be told i have been off loaded but then again was told to proceed because the matter had been rectified.As I was about to seat, I was then called out to be told that the seat they have put me on has a person. I was rushed off because they told me I am booked on the next flight &its boarding,when I arrived,I was told the gates were closed. issed two flights,the next was at 17:00 which I apparently was supposed to understand. Upon my enquiry on why was I offloaded, I was told Yashmin had done so& had not offered any explanation a requirement by SAA. When Yashmin was called to explain her reasons, she was apparently on lunch for the entire period, Zanele -SAA team leader couldnt explain but I was ushered to business lounge no explanation given. I was just left there,I left the business lounge minutes after. I demand an explanation from SAA &mostly an action against the clerk that off loaded me& caused so much inconvinience
