No concept of Customer Service

I'm a tenant in a South Point property and half my store has had no lights since saturday the 15\10\11. When I reported the problem the electrician came and said the problem could only be sorted out on Monday. On Monday another electrician came and left without sorting out the problem. It is now the 18\10\11 and the problem is yet to be resolved. The maintenance supervisor says it's the first time he's heard about the problem despite two electricians already having come here. The unaccountability and unresloved issues is a common problem experienced with South Point staff. It's obviously the culture within the organistion.

Quite Impressed: The problem was resolved and three managers came to check on the status of the query thereafter.
