a purchased a BOX of Lays crips from Makro Crown Mines - open three packets in a row and all three were stale, called into Simba who said that they would send documentation to me - i presumed it would be vouchers, i purchased a box at over R110 for the box, my vouchers were for R60, and when i queried, was told - you only opened three packets - just for the record - the balance of crips opened were stale and tossed into the office dustbins - i did not want the vouchers, i wanted a full rebate and let the staff at Simba eat the crisps for free that the public has to pay for.
