I reported this on 14 July and still NOTHING! I recently purchased a few packets of Lays Lightly Salted (Plain) Chips for a function. They were incredibly salty - not “lightly salted” as the packet said. As the packets were emptied into bowls and the empty packets discarded, I do not have the reference numbers on the packets. I want to bring this to your attention as it was a very disappointing and embarrasing experience. Imagine hosting a function and the food is unpallatable. In the end, we made it work by using dipping sauces to distract from the saltiness of the chips and using other flavours that were better received. There was a lot of "lightly salted" chips left, which I later discarded. I don’t think I’ll be buying these chips again as I don’t want to be disappointed (or embarrassed) again. I hope that my feedback is important to you. |
