| HEADLINE | Simba Sticks to its Zulu Name! |
||
| Saturday 28th May we opened a packet of Lays chips and found a very dirty piece of double sided tape inside. We emailed a letter of complaint and sent the object to Simba for investigation. On the 23rd June you answered our letter and enclosed a 'gesture of goodwill' R80.00 voucher. You posted the letter 30 June. We recieved the letter 7th July and the gesture of goodwill expires on the 12th July! Well no more Simba products for us! Please take the voucher and donate it to the SPCA, I am sure they will appreciate it as we quite frankly are insulted. All we wanted to know was how the tape got into the packet. So thanks Simba, as the Zulu name infers ***** by name and ***** by gestures! | |||
