2 chips in my packet

I purchased a strip of Tomato Fritos in the month of May and to my dismay discovered that one of the packets had only two chips in them. I had called the call center to complain, was given a reference a number and told a voucher will be sent. I called again in the month of June, three weeks later to let them know that nothing had been received, I was again given a number and told the voucher is being sent. I called again in July another 3 weeks and to date have not received a thing. I had given my postal, physical and work address. I still have all the reference numbers. I am very disappointed at the lack of service from Simba, no followup and no apologies.
