I'm thankful that I do not live in that town but my Mom does and she does her shopping there. This shop is HORRIBLE!!! Where to start? Plainly put, this shop is disgusting. It is constantly dirty, there is almost always a bad smell in the shop as if something had crawled in there and died, the staff act as though they are doing you a favour by being there, the service is never with a smile, the shelves are almost always empty and please do not get me started on the zombies that sit at the counter where you can pay your bills. I would rather say 'could' as they look as though they wish they were not there to work and you were not there to bother them. I actually intended no disrespect to any zombies: they would work far better with the public than the staff there do: it is very frustrating to shop there at any time. Please sort this dismal excuse for a shop out: some nice lighting, a huge clean up and a lick of paint would do wonders for a start. Please also train your staff in the simple rule that a smile works wonders and will encourage people to shop there, instead of going to your rivals. Thank you. |

| Quite Impressed: I was in this shop last weekend and it seems to have improved markedly: unfortunately the Money Market people's service has not improved at all. | |||
