Shoprite refuse to change damaged Huggies nappies

Halo Peter,
Iam very dissapointed about the service I received from Shoprite, I purchase Huggies nappies Jumbo pack when using them I noticed that there a few that were damaged then I returned the whole pack and was told by Sibongile that they cannot exchange them because I have used some of the nappies, then I explained that I was not told by Shoprite to check all 68 nappies before using them, after some argument this bully lady decided to give me 34 nappies which is not what I initially purchased and not what is on my receipt I am very dissapointed after so many years of being a loyal shoprite customer. I drove all the way from Midrand using my own petrol(expensive) trying to rectify this situation but only to e treated so cheaply. I would like Shoprite to give me my money back or give m what I initially bought from them plus my fuel, ASAP, I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED REFUND ME AND I WILL GO SPEND MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE I WILL BE RESPECTED AND BE TREATED LIKE THE ONLY CUSTOMER.
