HEADLINE	Shopping at Shoprite resulted in a crimal record
My family has been customers of Shoprite for many years. We spend thousands on rands every month shoping at Shoprite rather than other shops in the market. Today has been be the worst day in the life of my family especially my wife because of a lack of professionalism and good judgement by the authorities and staff of Shoprite (Midrand - Boulders Branch). In the process of getting some groceries for the family, my thirsty wife decided to get some juice in order to quench her thirst while shopping. She at some point unknowingly forgot to pay for the opened juice because she had left it on the counter at the till and paid for all the other stuff she purchased. She was approached on her way out by a security guard wanted to know why she didn't pay for the opened juice. My wife knowledge forgetting and offered to pay for the juice right away to to her surprise, the store manager refused vehemently and branded her a *****. All efforts by both my wife, some security guards and the police to make the store manager understand that this might have been an oversight proof futile and the police had no choice but to arrest my wife and charge her with Shop lifting&now has a criminal record Add a new Shoprite Report Inappropriate report?
