| I went to pay my dstv account with just my account number without a receipt of some sort,I was told by the cashier with a very bad aaatitude that I need to come with a receipt.The thing is the cashier instead of telling me in a polite manner she tells me you have to bring the receipt.Then I told her I have paid before at Festival Mall but she replied telling me this is not Festival Mall with an attitude and there was no note indicating the fact that DSTV customers must bring their slips to pay.I am not happy with the way the cahiers addressed me period if I have to bring a receit next I will but the cashier was very very very RUDE!!!! | |||
