| On 20/01/12 my girlfriend sent a third party to send me money using your quick and easy service up to this point everything was good. on 21/01/12 i went to shoprite claremont to collect the money i was advise i need to know the persons name who sent it. (NO WHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE DO THEY EVER MENTION IT ONCE THAT THIS IS A REQUIREMENT) which in my opinion is mis leading. the staff at your claremont is unfriendly and not very helpful. be sure this will be the last time i avail of this service and i will tell my friends and family that the kind of service the " Shoprite" deliver is well below standard. | |||
