yesterday i went to shoprite in money market area to transfer money,xoliswa after helping me she put my particulars(i.d,change and slip)aside and contnued to sort her cash register,after four minutes i politely asked her to give me my particulars since she is been long done with me but to my horror she told me how fithy,sex deprived and stressed out iam.is she saying this tome because iam black?or because she is not properly trained?is she aware that if she keeps upsetting everyone the shop will eventually close down?iam disappointed to say the least about the service i received from your shop if there was any.something needs to be done(training)about xoliswa before it is too late.management must come back to me as a matter of urgency otherwise i will go another route to complain about the shocking treatment |
